Common questions

Why does a transit search need internet? The transit calculation runs on our server. Launches, news, crew and the picture of the day show their last saved data offline, and reminders you already set still fire.

Do I have to share my location? No. You can type coordinates or pick a point on the map. GPS is optional, and coordinates are only used to answer the search. See the privacy policy.

A reminder did not fire. Check that notifications are allowed for the app and, on Android, that battery optimization is not blocking it.

Reporting a problem

Send the email above with the device model, the OS version, the observation place and the date of the transit you searched. That is usually enough to reproduce it.
